When we think of smoothies we usually think of our go to green, berry, or mango kinds, and with those fruits and veggies slowly going out of season we were looking for some recipes that incorporated some of our most favorite Fall vegetables and fruit. And we didn’t have to look long to find them. Check out these amazing Fall smoothies recipes that aren’t only delicious but healthy, you’ll be making them all season long. 

Caramel Apple Smoothie

Caramel and apple go together like peanut butter and jelly. So, when we found this caramel apple smoothie recipe we knew we had to try it. The best part is that it’s super easy to make and uses only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • Apple Juice
  • Diced Apple
  • Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce
  • Ice

 For the milk you can use any milk of your choice whether it’s almond, whole or soy, you can use whichever you prefer. The same goes for the apples. Next, add all the ingredients and blend them together. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.

 Pumpkin Eggnog Smoothie

Nothing screams Fall like pumpkin and eggnog. We knew that we had to share a recipe that included both of these in season ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Milk of choice
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tsp Grass-Fed Gelatin
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves
  • 2 Cups Ice

Add all of the ingredients in a blender and blend them together. Pour in a glass and enjoy. You can also top it with coconut whip cream to spice it up a little.

Sweet Potato Smoothie

If you’ve ever added a cooked sweet potato to your smoothies in the past you know how creamy it makes them. And because sweet potato is an in season vegetable we looked everywhere to find a smoothie recipe that used them and here it is.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cooked sweet potato
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Dates (pitted)
  • ¼ tsp Dried Ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Ice as needed
