Please note that if your billing and shipping information is different from one another or if your order total is greater than $150.00, we will email you a credit card authorization form to sign. If you do not sign the document within 5 business days of order placement, your order will be cancelled.
Q. How and when will I receive my tracking number?
A. Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Shipping takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. *During sales and promotions, please allow up to 10-14 business days due to the high volume of orders.
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
A. All sales are final unless your product was received damaged.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
A. Please contact us for returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, or altered. WE CAN NOT EXCHANGE ANY SHAPEWEAR OR BUTT LIFTER ITEM THAT HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN TRIED ON. WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS. We will gladly issue you store credit which can be used immediately and never expires. When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.
Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
Q. What method is used for shipping?
A. All packages are shipped by USPS ONLY.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, international shipping can take between 7-21 business days. Also, please see below.
Q. As an international customer, do I have to pay custom fees and/or taxes?
A. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Waist Snatchers.

In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
