RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! No Exchanges or Refunds!!

 The shapewear provided by us are considered as undergarments. Therefore, we cannot grant exchanges. However, we do provide all customers with 10% off their next purchase. 

 

PROCESSING and SHIPPING

Although most orders are delivered within 5-10 “business” days please allow up to 14 “business” days before contacting customer service.

Please allow up to 7 days “Business” Days for order processing

 

*** PLEASE NOTE PROCESSING DOES NOT MEAN SHIPPING! Processing is the time allowed for us to retrieve, prepare and package your order for shipment. Any order that has a shipping address that differs from the billing address will require verification. The order WILL NOT be processed until it has been VERBALLY verified. If this applies to you, please contact us as soon as possible to prevent any delaying of your order.

 

You will receive two emails from us

  • The 1st will confirm your order
  • The 2nd will be sent when order is shipped. Please note it can be be up to 7 “business” days from the date order was place before you receive an email with tracking info.
  • If you have note received tracking or your order within 10 business days please contact customer service.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

 At this current time all of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS Ground Only!

 

Tracking Your Order

 

· We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Please note it can take up to 7 “business” days from the date the order was placed before you receive an email with tracking info.

 

· You will be able to track your package the entire way until it is delivered.

 

· Please allow up to 48hrs from receipt of tracking email for your package to show up in the system.

 

*** Unfortunately Waist Snatchers IS NOT responsible for orders that show "DELIVERED" or Any Lost Parcel. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. It is YOUR responsibility to track your package to ensure that it is delivered. If your package shows "DELIVERED" and you have not received it, please call USPS to file a claim. Feel free to sign up with "MY CHOICE" on USPS.com to get unparalleled insight of the delivery of your packages and control where and when they arrive. Orders are sent without signature confirmation unless requested by the buyer.

 

PO Boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories

 We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service signature required. Please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 WaistSnatchers.com ships to most foreign countries. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

 All international order will be shipped by USPS. Shipping transit time varies. You will be sent an email with your USPS Tracking Information to the email provided when you placed your order.

 

Please NoteInternational shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. WaistSnatchers.com cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. We are not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.
